Provisioning in Auckland
Your order will need to be at the base at least 14 days before your charter.
The base will organise the delivery of your provisions, and have them
aboard your yacht, the day of your arrival. For emergency items, there
is a supermarket 5mins drive from the Moorings office.
Special dietary requirements - the base personnel are happy to comply
with any specials requests but please ensure that these are forwarded
to us no later then 14 days prior to the start date.
Client has two basics choices when provisioning for a charter in Auckland.
- Moorings provisions the boat
- You provision the boat (self-provisioning)

Split Provisioning
- Designed for charterers who want to have a few dinners ashore
- On a seven-day charter you would eat out 4 times
- This menu includes all breakfast, lunches, snacks and a few dinners.

Self-Select list
You choose what you want from this list and it will be on board of your
vessel on your arrival. Payment will be made at the base on your arrival.
Self - Provisioning
At the New World supermarket, a five minute journey by car from the base,
you will find a range of vegetables, fruits, rice, pasta, bread, etc...
as well as wine and beers.
Alcohol
Due to the NZ Liquor licensing laws we are unable to on-sell liquor from
the base. We advise that you purchase your wines, beers and spirits from
local outlets prior to arrival at the base. Wines can be purchased at
Supermarket and liquor stores. Beer can only be purchased from liquor
stores, the closest to the base 5min drive.
